What is the white label and/or the private label?

The terms white label and white label can be used interchangeably. White branding is when a product or service removes its brand and logo from the end product and instead uses the brand desired by the buyer.

For example, if you go to a grocery store like Walmart, you will find that you can buy all kinds of products that are sold under the Great Value brand. Does this mean that Walmart produces all of those products? No way. They simply have several companies that are already supplying these products and ready to put the product in Great Value packaging instead of their own on Walmart’s behalf.

So when you go to Walmart and buy a Great Value product, take a look. The brand offering the White Label Great Value product could also have the product on the same shelf with its own packaging at a higher price. How does white label digital marketing work?

White label digital marketing is very different from white labeling a product for Walmart, for sure! It is not as if the customer took a product, put it in their shopping cart, and went to the checkout. In the digital world, white labeling is when your company purchases the services of a white label company and offers them to the customer under your brand.

We also provide free sales material for you to use. Before meeting with the prospect, we will provide you with a proposal template and contract templates that you can use to close the deal. Our goal is to elevate our partners to more of the CEO role, while we take care of the day-to-day management of clients.

How do you operate with my brand?

You will gain obtain to our project management system that will allow us to communicate with your clients, so all e-mail communication is branded. The reports we send to your clients will bear your logo. When we speak with the customer on the phone, we will also do so under their brand. We have two ways of targeting phone calls under your name.

Develop our relationship

In the beginning, when we have our first clients together, it will be very important for you to go through the process and understand what the client experiences. However, after two to three months of developing a relationship with you, we plan to take the reins so that you can focus on your core business and generating new business.

Conference Bridge Plan

When you only have a few clients, we start with a conference bridge strategy. We meet with them on a conference bridge-like freeconferencecall.com or services like Go2Meeting, Join. I. This provides us with a neutral place to speak to the customer without ever revealing a phone number.

Direct calling plan

Our second solution is what is called a direct calling plan. A 1-800 number is acquired that the customer knows as his service number. Whenever a client wants to call you regarding the services we offer, they would use the service number, and our receptionist is able to see which white label company to answer the phone with. Then we would simply just answer the phone as your company. “Thank you for the calling (insert your company name). How can I help you today?”

For most white label partners, we recommend starting with the “conference bridge” configuration as this is the most cost-effective option. In fact, we upgrade our white label partners to the “direct call” plan for free when they reach a certain level of customers with us.
